Dr. Haley Baldridge was born and raised in Duncan, OK. She earned her undergraduate degree in 2014 from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK with a Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology. She then moved to Memphis, TN and received her Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in 2018. Following graduation, she moved back to Oklahoma and completed an ocular disease residency in Tulsa at Oklahoma Medical Eye Group/nJoy Vision.
Dr. Baldridge joined the climbing gym, Climb Tulsa, when she moved back to Oklahoma. It was here where she met her husband, Jeromy. They became climbing partners, and were married a year later. They live in downtown Tulsa with his two children, Ethan and Zoe. They are members at First United Methodist Church downtown and enjoy rock climbing, running along the river, gardening and traveling. Their favorite place to travel is Yosemite Valley. It was here where they completed their first big wall summit on Half Dome. They have future plans to return to the Valley and summit on the most famous wall, El Capitan.
Dr. Baldridge’s dream is to share the overwhelming joy that comes improving vision and serve as a teacher for those she provides care for. She wants everyone she serves in her community to see the beauty this world has to share through healthy eyes.
at Metro Christian Academy. In 2002 Dr. Tate began his bachelors of science in Organismic Biology from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma.
During that time Dr. Tate knew he wanted to go to optometry school at Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry where he earned his Doctorate of Optometry in 2011. To continue his education Dr. Tate completed a residency focusing in ocular disease with Eyecare Associates of South Tulsa. Soon after Dr. Tate also worked to finish his fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry and become Board Certified.
During college Dr. Tate met his wife DruShea Dear during a microbiology lab. The two lab partners became close friends and were married a few years later. Six months after being married they moved back to Bixby area on a few acres. DruShea is a attorney with her own private practice in Jenks an Okmulgee that focuses on estate planning, guardianships, and probate's. She really has passion to help her clients breakdown their issues at hand, create solutions, and get the problem resolved quick and effective for them. She can be reached at www.SouthCountylawok.com.
Dr. Tate enjoys muscle and sports cars, spending time on the water, and being with his family. The Tates had their first daughter May 2, 2013 Lexi Nichole Tate. She is a fun spirited little girl with an amazing imagination. She currently attends Metro Christian Academy were Dr. Tate graduate high school. On June 30, 2016 they had their second Daughter Holly Layne Tate. Holly is a strong gentle loving girl who loves to play with her big sister and chased after dad in the house. The Tates had their third daughter.
